The school / the teacher reserves the right to modify the hourly rate, when necessary, in any case the student will always be notified 30 days before the change is made.
Payment Terms
Course or workshop fees must be paid before the start date, by bank transfer, cheque, or cash. Payment confirms the student’s registration. Without prior payment, access to classes is not granted.
Payments can be made:
-
in full, or
-
in up to 3 instalments for plans, depending on prior agreement.
For instalments, payments must be made between the 1st and 5th of the first two or three months (depending on the plan).
For annual subscriptions: payment is made exclusively via direct debit at the beginning of each month. The commitment period is 12 months. No refunds will be issued, except in cases of force majeure.
Invoices are issued at the beginning or end of the month and sent upon request.
Force Majeure
The Instructor cannot be held responsible in cases such as:
-
fire or flooding,
-
power or internet outage,
-
full or partial strike,
that would prevent classes from taking place as scheduled.
- Late arrivals
The teacher will wait for the student for a maximum of 20 minutes; if the student does not show up for the lesson after this time, the session fee will be charged, and the lesson will not be recovered. No refund will be made for the time missed. If the teacher arrives late, he/she will have to find time with the student to recover the time lost.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
The Instructor and the Student may:
-
reschedule a class, or
-
cancel a class,
if done more than 24 hours before the class starts. In that case, both parties must agree on a new date.

➡️ Group Classes
No cancellations allowed. Missed classes are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure.
➡️ Annual Subscriptions
No cancellations during the 12-month period. The reduced rate is based on a full-year commitment. Early termination does not entitle the student to a refund, and the remaining months remain due — except in cases of force majeure.
- Right of withdrawal
If you no longer wish to take a course and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision by email within 15 days. Refund will be accepted if no course has yet been taken.
